There's a lack of review for this rubber so i'll take a stab.
I bought the "extra thick" nitakku hurrican pro but in essence it's just a 2.0mm. I don't know why they call it extra thick when 2.2 is the max. Anyways i'll be brief with my review. It's tacky like normal h3, serves are spinny but the sponge is hard.... i mean really hard. It's good for opening shots but the moment I step back a little I have to adjust the paddle shape when going mid/long distant which is discomforting or else the ball will just flys off with no curve. Where does softer sponge you only need to increase the strength of your stroke. All in all stay away, it's not worth 40+ bucks. You can boost it and the rubber will be softer but it will only be 2.0mm. Might as well buy a commercial hard 2.2 mm h3 and boost it.

You need to boost it like there is no tmw. Nitakku Hurricane pro is only a good quality version (aka better quality control) of regular H3.

Afaik without boosting this rubber feels pretty dead, even after boosting I had problems if I went away from the table.

As first, I thought it was. Then, I believe it was not after I checked the price of DHS H3 provincial. Mind you, both of rubbers have the same top sheet.

I don't think that's accurate. The provincials span a variety of sponges depending on who manufactured, who the target market was and what production date. I question what H3 actually plays well with XuShaoFa, and which works with ABS balls. I'd be curious to see Nittaku Pro Turbo reviews as well.

Pro turbo is heavy, think H8 heavy. Produses a low flying spinny arch. Same topsheet as Nittaku H3 pro.
