So I use a Giant Dragon Balsa def blade, grass d tecs OX on backhand and tackiness D max on forehand.
I'm having problems with the speed of the tackiness, it's even slower than the long pimple grass. I was wondering if you could, please, recommend something for my forehand, if its not a rasanter np, i want something faster and maybe more spinny. I just feel that I expend too much energy to attack with my forehand, and even then it's quite slow and predictable. Thanks, Ryan * I have been playing table tennis for 6 years about twice a week for 3 hours. We haven't ever trained anything specifical (I live in the country etc.) but I've learned at least the basics with the forehand.

I should add that I'm really satisfied with the Balsa and OX Grass and I don't wanna change that
