We have a number of people using that blade in Alameda. The outer layers are fairly hard, and they tend to run around 90 grams. At that weight I think it is faster than All+. Probably OFF- at least. It is a solid blade.

the head is small (156x149) so it's quite heavy blade.

if you had to choose one between
-joola rosskopf allround
-joola wing medium
-joola eagle carbon
-joola wing fast
-joola flame extreme

which one would it be?

My expert analysis, based on the information you have provided is; if you like a heavy blade choose the rosskopf allround. If you like a lighter blade choose the Wing Medium.
