I have watched him alot since he uses short pimple on his forehand like me. I think maybe he started to change more grip later in his career. I think here he plays backhand almost with the grip he uses when he plays forehand which is almost a forehand grip. Nowadays i think he changes to backhand grip to play backhand. He would not be able to have so good backhand if he uses the grip he has when he plays forehand all the time.
