Not tried. Infact, this is the first I've heard of this rubber. So, I decided put into practice some of my Google-Fu skills.... I found the following (But not from AliExpress) ..
Manufacturer's Spiel Type : sticky top rubber (Factory turned) Spin : 13 Speed : 12 Stable : 13 Thickness : 2.1mm Hardness : 37/38/39/40/41 Super aggressive sticky rubber M-Star Attack with high density sponge . It helps enhance athletes strategic stalemate with extremely fast, smooth and stable loop play skills . Bring out great spin and give plenty curves in game. This rubber was first introduced by a lesser know Chinese manufacturer called Sueke. It was called Sueke Phantom II Attack. However, this manufacturer/rubber lacked proper marketing, and also did not get ITTF approval. Yinhe has either taken over Sueke or just this rubber, and has rebranded it as M Star The rubber has a tacky top-sheet, and seems to be factory-tuned.. Performance is on lines of (neo ??) Hurricane. |

Right.
That’s the only place it talks about it. Pretty consistent to their statement being H3 by looking at the photos closely

I do not use it. Base on the taobao pricing (68 dollars), I will say it is another ok rubber (mars 2 level) . Give you an idea
Moon speed is ~$75 Jupiter 2 is ~$75 big dipper is ~$80 If you want a "H3", get jupiter2

IMPARTIAL Short Pips, Failure product by Tokyo Tamasu Butterfly. The substandard rubber product that incured sanctions. The glary mishap to be remembered. By collecting rubber samples from general market we found out that many rubbers were getting worse in quality with time, mostly for inconsistent production process. |
