Did you play lotto this week? What numbers did you choose? LOL

J/k if you can control it, it’s good, the whole body was well into the stroke and that’s hard to do consistently and smoothly like in your video.

I can't tell what's new/special about it. 

If you mean "the whole body " like stiltt mentioned, then it's not new and the Chinese coaches/players always tout it.

Just loosen up the shoulder a bit

To recover to readiness use elbow fold to bring racket toCenter readiness so you are balanced for next shot

Practice for every shot should include the previous shot and the next shot so you can 'Choreograph' how you move.

It's just a cramped FH with abbreviated movement, I do it sometimes myself when I don't have time to pivot but I've already committed to it anyway. 

Better to be in position for the pivot and do the full stroke, it's actually much easier to connect to the next shot this way.
