I'm thinking of trying chinese rubbers like H3N. I've never played with tacky rubbers, but I tend to think that if a rubber is tacky then it much attract a lot of dust.

I use donic's bio clean rubber cleaning solution for cleaning my euro/jao style rubbers. Is it the same I need for tacky rubbers also?

For the tackier Chinese rubbers I have always just used water and dried them immediately with a micro-fiber (no lint) cloth.  It is important to note that in even a slightly dusty venue the tacky Chinese rubbers can change dramatically even during one match.  It is important to clean the rubber of dust during matches by breathing on it to get it moist and then wiping with your hand (or just use a sweaty palm).  I have played in some places where I found I needed to clean the dust off every time I served (every 4 points).

Sorry, but I can not comment on any of the various rubber cleaners like Donic's bio clean effect on tackier rubbers.

I use(d) Donic bioclean for tacky chinese and nontacky euro rubbers and it doesnt have a significant impact on tackiness of chinese rubbers. I only use it once at the end of a training session for that day.

Ditto.  Spritz of RO water and a micro-fiber cloth wipe down.  Roll a piece of clear vinyl onto the rubber as a sheet protector (I just get sheet vinyl at the craft store - good for dozens of protector sheets) and yer done.

Worked great when I was using 729 and LKT rubbers.

Thanks a lot guys. I just wanted to know whether the usual cleaning methods works fine or not with the chinese tacky rubbers. I use bioclean after sessions and during sessions I use mist from my breath or sweat to clean rubbers with my palm.

I check that oil based cleaner too

I use Isopropyl Alcohol. Other than that just use my own breath and wipe with my hand.

Just keep it clean with water after each use and cover it with one of those vinyl film.  The surface will even gain more tack over time.

be gentle when wiping the liquid off the tacky rubber, do not press the cleanig sponge/cloth too hard against the topsheet. My Skyline 3-60 got damaged since this rubber has an additional super thin tacky layer on top and started to peel off Cry

If true, then that would be a coating and would not be legal.

It has been illegal since 1972, so 44 years and ITTF couldn't care less.

The ITTF is nothing if not consistently inconsistent.
