After watching this match, I would like to add to my comments on the other thread about your Bh.

The stroke you are using with mostly upper arm gives you a really nice punch block. Do not lose that stroke. But add to your game the stroke with forearm pivot around elbow for a more aggressive heavy topspin attack. Punch block for defense and counter attack and a heavier topspin loop stroke for initiating the attack.

Again, thanks for posting.

Mark

Mark,

Thanks for your comment.

Punch Block, you mentioned, it called as "Tang" in China.
I've learned it from CHN coach, and my tech. is not perfect yet. As you mentioned, my upper arm is still not relaxed. It's my weakness and must-do overcome.

Thanks again for your comment. It makes me more confident for Punch Block. and as you know, most coachs advised me for more spin for Topspin against backspin ball. it is my homework, too.

Regards,
