I don't think this kind of serve is feasible for European players. Just look at the first Haruna's picture, if her nose is a little higher, the bat motion will result in a very painful situation. Ouch

There is something in what you say, it does not fit europeans because they are taller, thus they have to crouch lower. It's the V-grip. You can get more spin on wiper, and Oji serve with that grip.

Why yes, it is the V-grip. So it is a V-grip serve then flipping into a shakehand during the rally.
