Do you know what's the difference between SK7 regular and alpha? How do these compare to other popular 7ply blades like Clipper, P700 etc? And actual weights would be nice.

The SK7 Alpha is a 7ply just like the SK7 but it's more thick.  The plys are a dad more thick and the blade is a hair faster. I would say that they are butterfly's response to the clipper and p700, they are both good blades.
