All,

I ordered from iruiru.com all the time.  They are reliable.  So, have anyone from the US ordered anything from http://tt-japan.net?  If you did, please let me know how they are compare to iruiru.com, thanks!

I've never ordered from iruiru, but I probably will never order anything again from anyone other than TT-Japan.  Great site.

I recommend Iruru for their great service and the ability to talk with them in english, also their new english site.. slight problem is with the time it take for them to respond, 1-2 days but that is very normal with all sites.

I have only bought from iruiru and the lack of knowing exactly how much shipping will cost annoys me.

It ended up costing me $30 and I couldnt calculate if I should buy more or not bother to bring down the shipping.

I hate shipping!

My spinart was %20 shipping!

I never bought something at Iruiru.com so I can't comment about them. I did order several things at tt.japan.net and I have to say that both service and communication are excellent.

I always buy from iruiru. They respond to my questions quick.
I won't buy from tt-japan.net. Won't respond to my email at all.

I have never ordered from tt-japan so i won't say anything about them. iruiru.com has always been good, decent shipping and prices. In regard to communication they do get back to you sometimes with a delay (a day or so not much). They are informative and helpful. How come you can't access iruiru in english anymore?

I order from tt-japan.net all the time. Many many transactions. They are great. Of course I like iruiru too.

tt-japan.net uses paypal, and their website converts the currency in real time. So you know exactly how much you are paying when you check out. That's why I like them better than iruiru. iruiru has more stuff but they only use CC, so that means the currency is not converted right away (not until its processed through the CC company which could be weeks), so it might end up costing more than you thought originally, and on top of that, usually the CC company will charge a fee/percentage for converting the currency.

Also, while both use EMS for shipping and have similar shipping prices, tt-japan's website does a better job at telling you how much your package weighs... And it usually comes out to be a slightly cheaper than iruiru's shipping for similar items. (But both are relatively expensive to ship.)

I like both sites and both are very friendly and professional. Both sites respond to my simple email questions promptly. I recommend both, but tt-japan wins because of paypal.

Loopmeister, do they answer your request to pick certain weight as well?
I can't get them to answer my emails...

Just for those who wonder why iruiru has delayed in communication.
They only have certain employee that speaks english. That is the reason why usually took a while for them to reply.

Assuming if you have a Japanese friend that can help you get things sorted, all you need is one phone call to do the job.

Yep, both stores do. But I try to keep my questions and emails short and simple. "What is the heaviest blah blah you have in stock?" or "do you have any blah blah that weigh close to blah blah?"

And of course, pleases and thank yous.

Besides, at both of these stores, in the shopping cart area you can make a note of which weight you prefer ("please choose a blade that is 85g") and they will contact you if they don't have that weight.

Thanks for more responses.  I have been dealing with iruiru.com, and it has been very good.  Usually, you stick with the same vendor if they are good.  However, I think I will give tt-japan.net a chance.  I just want to see if there is anything difference or not.  So, I will place another with tt-japan later on tonight.

Again, thank you all for your help.

I placed an order with tt-japan 3 days ago, and asked them to choose the blade with certain weights.  We have been communicating back and forth and they are really informative.

So far, I like them.  I will let you all know when I receive the blade and have more updates for you guys later.

All,

I had GREAT experience with tt-japan.net.  I asked them for certain weights for my blades.  They couldn't find what I want, they informed me accordingly.  The communication was great.  After I agreed what I want, they shipped the blades to me on May 14, 2010.  I received them today (May 17, 2010).  Arrived in 3 days... unbelievable for an overseas company.  I will go back to them again (maybe next week).

Iruiru is also very good.  However, tt-japan.net just gain my trust and my business.  Awesome experience with tt-japan.net.

somebody at my club ordered T05 FX from tt-japan.net with success (4800 yen a piece).
as with iruiru, one needs to order enough to justify high shipping cost that is the same up to a certain weight.

hello everyone,

Just wanted to update and bump this thread because it is useful. I tried to order from Iruiru and when I did, I got an email from them after (((7)))! days stating that my shipment is not shipped because they couldn't get money from my CC.. The emails kept going back and forth between me and them, yet they are so slow.

So I went on to try tt-japan.net, seems like the site is way better and got some log in feature. I just placed my order, and hope everything will go alright.

Also at the bottom on Iruiru.com it states that they will use paypal soon, hope this fix those issues soon!

It was supposed to be ready a while ago.  Before I purchased my blade, I contacted them and asked them about paying w/ Paypal.  Response times for emails varied (probably due to language barrier), but they told me I could use paypal.
Contact them before doing any of this:
They told me to submit the order as normal but w/out credit card info - the CC is required so I put in all zeros.  Leave a comment in the order that I talked to them and would like to pay via paypal.  A couple of days later they sent me a paypal invoice and they shipped my blade.

It took longer than expected to place the order (shipping was quick though), but they were the only place that I could find at the time selling the Darker jspeed 90 in cpen.

TTjapan are having a winter sale from Dec 1th to 25th.

Now, on Japan, is 25th (hour: 2:41:00), but I can not buy with the 10% off. Why? 25th is the last day, I can buy in the last day off with.

This is very wrong with the buyer. They are deceiving/cheating/shaking the buy. I'd like TTjapan solves this problem.
