Location: Rattlers TTC, Woodlands Secondary School, 3225 Erindale Station Rd, at McBride, Mississauga, Ontario (south gym entrance, near parking lot).
Entries: Must be received
Payment on site (after e-mail or telephone reservation) accepted only with $5 surcharge
by Wednesday, May 2, 2012
Eligibility: Members of OTTA (or equivalent in other provinces), including “recreational” members ($10 pass, $5 for first-time junior entries). For details on OTTA membership, visit www.ottacanada.com
Equipment: 14 Butterfly tables and white balls. White clothing not accepted.
Format : Round robins for 1st -round matches; straight elimination thereafter. Matches will be best 3 of 5 (11-point) games.

Event Time 1st 2od FEE: 1 event: $20; + $10 for each additional event
1. U-1000 9:00 $60 $30 (+ $5 for rating)
2. U-2000 9:00 $60 $30
3. U-1500 11:00 $60 $30
4. U-2500 11:00 $60 $30 You cannot enter 2 events with the same starting time
5. Juniors U-200 1:00 Trophy Trophy
6. Veterans I (O-40) 1:00 $60 $30 Prizes may be exchanged for suitable trophy on request
7. Veterans II (O-50) 1:00 $60 $30 They will be halved in events with 8 entries or less
8. U-500 2:00 $60 $30
9. OPEN singles 2:00 $250 $100 All draws will be limited to 32 entries
