Attending my first year of post-secondary at Nipissing University up in North Bay, Ontario but I've had no luck finding any clubs around the area from sources such as google. The University doesn't have a team either and going 8 months without TT is just not any fun. If anyone knows of any areas, it would be very helpful! Thanks in advance!

Should try the University - I am sure there are others in the University that probably play. I am assuming you are an average player and not a National level player (that level would be hard to find).

Perhaps you can approach the Athletics department and ask them if they can post something on the University website. You might be able to start a TT club at the University.
