Seems like Stiga has started to present a series of instructional drills from the China National Team. Good stuff with some interesting details on stance and body mechanics, IMHO. 1. Stiga has released the second drill video from the China National Team. I added it to the first post above. Again, it's good stuff and very detailed, IMHO. |
