The finals are going on right now. Ma Lin's club UMMC (Ekaterinburg) is battling Samsonov's club Fakel Gazproma (Orenburg). The first final match ended up with UMMC beating FG 4-3. Ovtcharov (FG) beat Shibaev (UMMC) 3-1 Smirnov (FG) lost to Ma Lin (UMMC) 1-3 Samsonov (FG) beat Tan Ruiwu (UMMC) 3-0 Samsonov/Smirnov lost to Ma/Tan 2-3 Ovtcharov lost to Ma Lin 0-3 Samsonov beat Shibaev 3-1 Smirnov lost to Tan Ruiwu 0-3 The second final match is today. Results (and some more videos from Alex Lomaev's Youtube account) will be posted later. Currently score stands at 2-2 (Ma Lin bt Smirnov, Ovtcharov bt Shibaev, Samsonov bt Tan, Samsonov/Smirnov lost doubles to Ma/Tan). Second match won by Fakel 4-3 Ovtcharov lost to Ma Lin 1-3 but then Smirnov beat Tan 3-0 and Samsonov defeated Shibaev 3-1. This means that they will play one more final match tomorrow. You mean at around 39.45 ? - apparently one of the spectators was a bit too loud or distracting for Ma Lin.
