I have a winter jacket and tracksuit pants from werner, the Jacket and pants are both marked L  but fit like USA XL, the jacket is very warm its like a parka, with a hood zippered into the neck has inside pockets and outside pockets, I am 5'6 and the Winter jacket was almost down to my knees and the pants are huge on me.
