I have a dent on the side of my racket (where you see the layers) about 1 cm in length and 1 mm deep. Also on the very top of my rubber the sponge is brocken, as a part of it is seperated from the sponge, so on the very top tip of my racket there is a circle about half a centimetre across that froms a bump. Will this affect the racket performance?

Only if you hit on that area, but it is so close to the edge that if the ball is in that area already . . . you probably have made a mish*t.  I've played with far worse.
