I'm willing to pay for the 4% fee for paypal, i dont see the problem so why you must want it to be gift to friend or family. Thats the first red flg i notice !

By paying with gift option your buyer would lose his PayPal protection - that is the reason why it is recommanded not to use the PayPal gift option. Plus, you are a new member so why should somebody send you 425$ and risking receiving No item?

which mean that the amount i will be sending you is $432 as buying goods, paypal will deduct 4% which is $17, and then you will receive $425 ljust like how much you want. You're not losing anything, and i still have my protection from paypal as a buyer.

I've met Vincentlim before, although he is new here, I can guarantee he is not a scammer. Vincetlim you just add 4% from 425, so become 442 usd. So you receive 425 usd. No need paypal as fee gift, because it has no protection to buyer.
How about seller protection? if the buyer dispute, and he doesn't want to return the goods...

Please note nobody said he is a scammer. With some long time forum members here i would not hesitate to do gift paypal transfers especially when i had multiple successful and smooth transaction in the past.
However new members just do not have any feedback so i think it is good to see your support for Vincentlim because it is a big plus for potential buyers and could encourage them to go for one of the Viscarias.

It seems the perception of the value of these black tag Viscarias is appreciating faster than the value of my house! Even FL ones.

Hmmmm, i've just watched your pictures...
Are you sure your Kreanga ULC is.."collection able" as you mentioned ?
I don't think I will ever manage to get used to the standards of Indonesian blades evaluation

In my perspective kreanga ULC is collection able because it's already discontinued. The standards of Indonesian blades evaluation it is like old blades (such as black tag butterfly) or the discontinued blade so we called it collection able in here. are there any standard that you can share which can be collection able and not collection able blade?to make the standardize of collection able or rare blade.thank's cheers

Well, according to some collectors who I know...collectible Items are :
- either items which were (or have been produced) in a small number;
- or discontinued items
but....in both cases in great condition.
You can see IMO, some collectible blades in these threads for instance :
