Time to jump on the Hurricane train. However Big Dipper is already an excellent rubber.

I'd try Sanwei Target National first. H3 Neo might prove to be too different to Big Dipper.

Canonical definition: Equipment Junkie - TT player who is convinced that it is important to find OPTIMAL setup and thus spends a lot of time changing blades and rubbers to find the best one. More often than not hurting their game in the process.

If you like Big Dipper, stay with it. If you want upgrade, go to TG3 Blue Sponge.

729-Super is the best. There are many old Chinese coaches still using that old style rubber and they could prove its quality.
------------- There is no real "pro", "prov" or "NT" H3 in the market. Falco is not a booster

The kid couldnt control the rubber, was thinking about tin arc but skyline would be more forgiving?

I order H3 from OOAK shop and I definitely can spot which one is real or fake by observing its life span. If it lasts more than 50 hours playing respectively and only drops down to 90% quality, that is a good H3.
There is no "Commercial" nor "Prov", only one real H3 and MANY fake H3. The fake one could be labelled by any version. Please open your mind.

I've ordered H3 Neo from tabletennis11, ZeroPong, and MegaSpin. I don't worry about any of the provincial, national drama, I've ever spent more than $20 a sheet. My level is not high enough to appreciate the differences, I just love H3 Neo as a linear, controllable, consistent rubber. You get out of it what you put in, which means I can see the ball quality difference when I use legs, weight transfer, hip rotation, etc. I like the physicality that H3 Neo encourages.

You can try 868 spin power from Amazon. Just only 15 usd a sheet.
