How many time outs are allowed when you train with a former CNT member?

On a side note, I'm one week into a fat loss contest and doing well so far. If I can keep it up, this video could be part one of a my progress over time series.

you're a good player with solid strokes, I wonder what happened If you would be 40 kg's lighter hehe

If you look up his rating history to when he was younger and much lighter, then calling him a "good player" will seem like a major understatement.

Thanks. I'm more steady in the opening drills when she uses inverted rubber. Lately she only uses her SP penhold, the racket with which she used to compete. I assume (since she doesn't speak English) she feels I'm advanced enough to practice vs her SP racket. It gets a bit tricky with the varying degrees of deadness.

She was a former CNT player? Can I ask what her name is?

Tao Haidong. Beijing team early 1980's, National Team mid 80's to early 90's. Limited international play. Played mixed doubles with Yu Shentong and Chen Zhibin.

Haidong ('Helen') Tao - not sure when she was on the team or whether it was an 'A' or 'B' variant.

Edit: heavyspin obviously beat me to it :)

Thanks guys. Yes I know her. She was in CNT and she is also from Beijing. A great coach you've got.

How much does she charge per hour? I really should find someone like this to train me at the local club. Heavyspin, your forehand and backhand look great.
