Correspondance is frustrating/non-existent. Items tend to show up eventually and the prices are very good.

Last October I email him about shipping to Brazil, he replied same day. I placed an order and it was never shipped. No email answer later. Paypal refounded me at least.

They do that at times. Average service level but at least previously their price were quite competitive due to free shipping to Australia for rubbers. Recently they started to charge postage. So it is no longer my source of rubbers.
