Cool. I bought another W968 - very similar large handle. Thickness 6.04mm. so, I imagine that it is similar to w968-6 or HL5-X. Can you show photo of serial? I want to see font. Also, where did you buy it from? Prott?

158x150 . It's the same shape as the old ML5 just with thicker ALC. What I found shocking is this blade is the same frequency as my Harimoto (1356hz) , same thickness , weight and outer plies but it's substantially stiffer and faster. Guess frequency doesn't mean much haha.

I don't have the Harimoto blade. But I do have my W968 and an Innerforce ALC of the same weight.

Both have similar frequency readings but the W968 is much more powerful.

This is because, the frequency just measures stiffness / bounciness & not catapault (power due to the flex). Moreover, there is more than 1 way in which a blade can flex.

TL/DR: owing to the nature of the flex in the W968 / HL5 / HL5X relative to that of the IF Layer ALC, the DHS blades have much more catapault.

What blade have the same stiffness and speed than your w968?
