What is the best glue guys? My favorite is DHS #15. It holds strong, but its also easy to take off of the rubber sponge. Feel free to add any other choices as well.

Never tried it, but I attempted to add it to the poll and it won't let me add any additional options. They used to allow that.

Finezip without any hesitation. Easy to remove from most of the sponges, not too liquid, not too solid. Perfect but expensive.

Finezip and DHS 15.  Both are easy to remove, but stick well

Rubber cement. it´s the Cheapest, quickest and has the best attachment than any other WBG.

problem with rubber cement is removing it from sponge.
also strength of bond.

if you glue often it might be a good choice though.

if you only glue once in 10 years..... then I'd go with the butterfly pro chack.
The same one used by timo boll.

i bought latex to mix my own glue, similar to Finezip but cheaper. Btw, it makes sponge harder hence increases the speed effect.

Rubber Cement is basically an organic solvent and, hence, it does not agree with most of the large pore rubbers/    Most possible, Rubber cement will lose the tensor rubber its catapultive power , upon the very first application.

I am quite confused about gluing rules :- The rules make some reference to not modifying the properties of rubber which means I cannot use glue to stick the rubber to the wood. I f I do I have modified the properties of both sponge & possibly the wood . Have I not ?

Also if I clean the top sheet with say Paddle Palace cleaner, have I not modified the properties ?

Please clarify

I tried the INNOGLUE on a pair of butterfly rubbers one new and the other used. The new rubber needed two coats and one coat on the used butterfly rubber. Easy to use since there is no application needed for the blade only the rubber.   Since applying I have played for several hours both in practice, on a robot, league and the rubbers have remained fixed on the blade. I also found it easy to apply the rubber to the blade without any air bubble. I admit I tried this rubber to support more American interest in supplying TT products as all my current TT equipment and supplies are foreign produced.

I give this product a thumbs

It seems like any liquid latex does the trick.
It's just a matter of trying.

Also depends on how often you glue.
If you do it often then a big bottle of liquid latex would be cool.

If you do it just once when you have new rubbers, then you could buy the butterfly pro chack or any other pro glue in small bottle.

Rev3 Normal Viscosity.   I find it is a little easier to use than Tear Mender.  Does not dry as quick.  I use a thin layer on the rubber, and a thin layer on the blade.  Tear Mender has a tendency to dry up on me when applying thin layers on the blade.  The Rev3 seems to give me just a little bit more time to work.

I do use Tear Mender (cheaper) to add layers to my rubber before glue removal.  The quick drying aspect is a plus here.

Revolution no 3, normal viscosity, on layer on the blade, 3 layer on the rubber. Nittaku Finezip its more like booster effect but it is more unpredictable on service receive and forhand topspin, especially retospin...

Free Chaque 2 (not Free Chaque 1!!!!) is pretty good.

I like Fine Zip the best.

Revolution makes a pretty decent glue.

The worst ever was that blue colored stuff sold by Donic, whose only function appeared to be to shred the top layers of nice blades.

If you spend a lot of money on your rubber, buy a decent glue designed for the purpose!

Yes.  The thicker version is good too, and easier to apply.  The low viscosity version is a real pain to use.;

For me is the best Donic Blue contact.
It has some "tunning effect".
Very good for glue removal.
I always aply 1 layer on blade and 2 layer on smooth rubber(advice from one czech pro player).
For pips is the best 1+1 layer.
Sealing of blade recomended (glue is strong ) .
For blade destroy  - force needed for rubber removal out of blade is bigger in time , best way is sealing your blade 1 or 2 thin layer.
To today i had not some problems with rubber removal despite my blades was not sealed , but in last removal my sandwich it was close to splintering.
I am planning by next rubber removal to seal my all nice blades with fish scaled koto surface.
