Recently I've been trying this out and it's starting to make some improvements in my play.

You can do it quite easily in a reasonably large space where you can move quite a bit.

So start from a good wide and low, relaxed position. Imagine different kinds of balls coming to you, and then move swiftly to the balls, do a stroke and then come back swiftly back to original position. Make sure you're moving wide distances (few m) to increase your range of movement. I use 3 steps for most of this, as that seems to be the ideal amount that's required for the majority of the use cases. For eg going to the right is shifting weight into right foot (1st step), then move left leg to right (2nd step) and put right foot in the final position (3rd step)

So from this starting position you have to move
1) left, with final position ready for a pivot FH
2) left, with final position ready for a BH
3) right, final position ready for a FH
4) right and forward (wide short balls to FH)
5) left and forward (wide short balls to BH)
6) directly forward
7) same as 1,2,3 except you have to retreat backwards
8) going backwards (adjusting for deep jamming strokes)
9) quick pivot (moving right leg back and getting left leg out of the way) for incoming jamming shots to the middle

It actually gives me quite a good workout just doing these haha. I find that I'm able to reach much wider balls than before.

If there is no video it does not exist.

Man up.  Post a video and look ridiculous like I did.
