By using Green & Black rubbers combination.  OuchAngry

I was trying to research how ITTF may have arrived at the decision as to why one side must be always black (due to color blind people)

I ran into this website below which says, black / green is a nightmare combo for color-blind people.

https://www.getfeedback.com/resources/ux/how-to-design-for-color-blindness/

So that made me wonder if ITTF screwed up (as usual). If not may be some para player who knows a lot more than color-blindness than me can comment on this (as to what research was done & how the decision to use only black on one side was arrived at)

So did Tibhar know green-black is a nightmare combo but still went ahead and released the green version of DTec Grass anyway ?  You cannot blame me if I wonder.

I also wondered if ITTF could have just ruled that one side of the racket must be bright & other side dark or matt.  Maybe that is all is what colorblind people need. I do not know.

So that also brings  brings up the question >  When they chose red and black in 1983 , did they study this also ?

Lol.. Actually a valid point. And no, don't think this even crossed ITTFs mind at all.

By the way, tibhar is not the only one with green color, as Andro released green Rasanter.

Being colour blind (red-green) I genuinely worry about both the green and the blue rubbers since I already struggle with red and black in certain light.
