Hey Vince,

Who was that in the final of league (1/12/19)? I watched the girl beat Sakda, and then there was the young boy who also lost to her, but made some fabulous plays.

Also, there is an A Flores who has had some great play.

The kid is Robert Sun. His family moved here over the summer. He’s a good player as long as he keeps his emotions in check. A Flores is actually Mark Flores who is stationed at JBLM down past Tacoma. Both of them are both over 2000 usatt.

I can't believe you put Andrew on a back table.  We had all of Oregon prepared to watch and root for him.

We had 50 people for league. That was more than the 4 star tournament at the Triangle TT club this weekend. Andrew was in second RR group of 12-13 players.

But we always see the same people on table one anyway.  Every week.  It would have been more interesting to watch someone else for a change.

mjamja and his million followers made a request to put Andrew up on table one.  But to no avail.  SPTTC should prepare for a shadow multi-ball feeding protest in their parking lot.  That will teach them.

The guy wearing a red shirt and wearing a hat did fine against an earlier young player.

Then a new player wearing a black shirt (with horizontal white strip and has USA letter on his back) showed up.  He got the right to serve, but he threw the ball back to his opponent to serve. I knew back then that the red shirt player (with a hat) would be in trouble.

Indeed the player wearing the black shirt (with horizontal white strip and has USA letter on his back) just killed his opponent pretty bad.  A very impressive player.  By any chance you know his approximate league rating?

That's Sakda (don't know how to spell his last name), about 2300 USATT, last I knew.  Long pips on the BH.

That would be Sakda Timsuwan current league rating is 2262 after tonight's results. Current USATT rating is 2251 (highest Usatt was 2453 in 2009). Has LP's on his BH. In league 2 weeks ago he beat Crystal Wang (Usatt 2460)

From the very beginning, Sakda showed every sign of confidence that he would win that match.
Indeed it is like a walk in the park, he won easily.

Thanks for the info.
