His match v. Sun Wen at the Australian open was interesting because he felt good about an opponent he knows well and does not present a danger for him so his shots were no shy, he could unload in confidence.

We all know that his bh over the table is more than a chiquita, he brings that shot to a whole level above anybody on the tour (debatable). I just noticed how good is fh serve receive is on a short ball; he has that side sweep with an open bat angle that can be more than a push without being a flick, it's as aggressive as it can be on a ball that's too low to flick but can be dealt with something else than a push. That means while most players choose between a fh flick or a fh push when they can't loop a short fh ball, he has a whole range of shots to rely on, it makes him less predictable. That guy LGY is a real killer.
