Hey everyone, I started a new TT channel that's going to feature coaching videos and professional match analysis. Here's my intro video, please check out my channel and subscribe!

P.S.: I have a forehand looping video coming out in a few hours (uploading to YouTube right now).

One thing that many tutorials don't cover is how to adjust the stroke to deal with various types of spin (how to overcome or neutralize them, I had to learn a lot by experience). A lot of the Japanese WRM table tennis channel covers these more advanced concepts which I found to be a lot more helpful.

Would be also very interesting to see some matches at various levels, strategies for that level and commentary haha....

Good point, I am thinking about doing that for my next video. I want to create a video featuring "what not to do" by showing less advanced players and pointing out their weaknesses. It will be a more detailed analysis of forehand looping that covers concepts like paddle angle, precise stroke, and muscle activation.

Yes...and there's the stuff like contact type, swing planes, start/finish positions, where on the ball to contact, etc....

Btw your friend Bryan looks really good with his form haha...

His loop is even scarier in person haha. Once I figured out how to block him, I can block almost anyone :)

thanks for sharing, you are part of the best of the game man! you remind me of Lily Zhang who wants it all, college AND table tennis, she doesn't choose one or the other, she takes both all the way better than the rest of us and your mix on this thread is on par with her spirit. congrats and subscribed!

Thanks for the kind words! I am by no means close to the level of Lily lol, she’s actually a professional with much more dedication to the sport. I’m just a college kid with a hobby and helpful friends 😆
