I'm still avoiding indoor facilities so I decided to try footwork training on a tennis court. I just wish the net posts were farther apart.

A masseuse practicing social distancing rubs me the wrong way.

the trick borrowed from your tennis service video doesn’t get old LOL I saw it coming today but it’s better applied here!

On a Sampras style jump smash it could work too, you just pushed too hard on the legs!
