What are the best cities in the USA for playing table tennis at? The amount of clubs, level of players, coaches, etc.?

I'm wondering if a good amount of them have shutdown this past year.

If there is more TT capacity anywhere else in USA than the Bay Area, I need to learn about it. I think they exceed LA by a bit.

None of these places are officially open though, as far as I know, maybe a place like ICC gets by on some grounds, since it is also a culture center...

Not necessarily open at the moment, but just a place/city where they have a lot of high end players normally

USATT has/had(?) 7 'Centers of Excellence'.  If I can remember them:
- Westchester NY
- Gaithersburg MD
- Triangle Park NC
- Lily Yip (Philly) NJ
- Broward County (Miami) FL
- Dallas, Ft Worth TX
- ICC in CA

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If you wanted the best cities, one/more of them can be on your short list.

Alameda is permanently closed http://www.alamedattc.org/closure.htm.

SPTTC in Bellevue, WA (very close to Seattle) is one of the best to me but I have a bias. 16 tables, high ceilings, world class tables and lighting, Gerflor like floors, 2500 level coaches etc...

I have great memories of San Diego Balboa park club. https://sdtta.org/ Probably the best club in the USA if we give importance to the cost of playing: the city gives away the gym.
