A friends wants to buy his father, who has recently got into table tennis, a table for home use. And he is currently thinking of this one, Does anyone have experience with this table? Does the ball bounce properly? Also another suggestions? (we are in Toronto) Thank you

18mm is acceptable for beginners and basement players but it's no good for any sort of serious play.
I would highly recommend to go ahead and get a 25mm top... 18mm is not that much cheaper than 25, but worlds apart in terms of bounce.
