Kanak Jha looked real strong taking Quadri Aruna 3-0 in the opening match of the Bundesliga.

Kanak, noticeably more fit, controlled the match and never let Aruna use his powerful FH.

Will have yo see that.  Quadri hasn't looked quite right since his injury in the African Cup finals vs Omar Assar

Kanak has great coaching, awesome serve game, very calm and smart, good touch and now he is in top shape.
I think he will keep improving and the sky is the limit. He has champion qualities.

He beat Steger for the first time. That's truly amazing.  And he is playing in the beast slot on a team with Akkuzu and Robles.  Probably a doubles element to that strategy but beating Steger made it irrelevant.

Interesting match today in Ochsenhausen against Mainz (in their first TTBL season):
Simon Gauzy just lost a tight match against antispin pushblocker Luka Mladenovic (Luxembourg champion)
now Alvaro Robles against chopper Yuto Muramatsu (who played for Ochsenhausen in 2016-18)

Kanak Jha back from Kazakhstan and on the bench
Samuel Kulczycki in Romania at the Euro U-21 championships

Gauzy is in a weird place nowadays... not a dark place though... just weird...
