Thank you for taking the time to read my question:With the vintage Stiga 2000, I have only seen it with these numbers--E48 & G46.  Mine says H26 but having searched for sometime, I have never found another one with H26. Has anyone ever heard of H26 ? And what do these numbers refer to?
Thanks.

H26 is as rare or as common as E48 or G46. Wink

This combination of one letter + two numbers shows the week of production of these old Stiga blades.
Stiga started with this serial number in 1975. The first blades got an A at the beginning of the serial.
1976 = B, 1977 = C, ..... up to J in the first weeks of 1984.

The two numbers behind the letter show the week of production.
01 = first week of the year up to 52 for the last week of the year.

So your Stiga 2000 Allround Wood is produced between June, 26 and July 03 in the year 1982.

Wow! I am unbelievably impressed with your knowledge about the detailed topic of numbers on Stiga 2000 paddle. It is very kind of you to take the time to write this up. Thank you again.

The blade is made in 1982, as Magic M mentioned already. Should be great if today was available such an option.
Yes for sure this STIGA 2000 Allround is a very rare blade. I have had several of them. Some were good for playing too, but better are the Ulf Thickan Carlsson models also with same construction and shape, sliightly longer handles and most of them are with more thiny than the model 2000 handles. That's why I have combined handles from STIGA UTC and wood from STIGA 2000 in a great for playing project blade. And this one is probably my best allround blade from these series with anatomic handles.
