The same applies to (a) to (c) if you want to buy more items than in stock. Shipping from Japan using EMS (Express Mail Service, which is fast and allows for tracking). I charge GBP 7 for most countries in Asia, GBP 14 for the UK, EUR 16.5 for most countries in Europe, and USD 23 for the US. Japan Post recently resumed another option called "Small Packets" (delivery takes around 2 weeks and allows for tracking). The cost is GBP 7 for the UK, EUR 8 for most countries in Europe, and USD 11 for the US. Note that I slightly subsidize the shipping cost. Payment by Paypal Invoice, which includes buyer protection. Prices already include markup for Paypal. I can quote prices in other currencies upon request.
