Greetings from Ontario Canada
I have a question regarding which specific drills i can use for this. I am an intermediate player (mid 50's) who has been playing with inverted rubber for a long time. I recently had hip surgery, and decided to use the robot to learn OX long pips technique, and get some form of exercise at the same time. Currently using Acoustic Carbon inner ST with Evolution MXP on both sides. Ordered Grass d.tec OX, and plan to put this on a 5 play wood blade, with MXP hard max for forehand, and Grass d.tecs OX for backhand. It will be mostly block, and push, with some chop close to the table i need to practice, and twiddling as well. Any suggestions that will help with robot drills would be helpful. I want to make sure i am drilling the right thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Especially from people who have made this transition. I realize that this is not easy and will take some practice and time. That rubber i read is not the easiest but it should arrive soon. David |

Lp will be easier to use when you pair it with 1.0 sponge.

Agreed. I already purchased OX though. Reason being is that it is more disruptive. I will give it a go. It may take more time to adjust.

you need to have top spin feed coming to you (block) and then under spin feed coming to you (push) the push, once you get right can become an attacking push. block is easier to learn, but push is where the fun is good luck

Amazing. I didn't know what the strawberry flick was until now. That looks very useful.
