Excellent tips. I'm guilty of half assing easy balls when playing against weaker opponents but it's a good reminder to always treat every ball seriously Clap half assing easy balls creates bad habits for eg not actively moving the feet to find the optimal body position, which then leads to playing bad when facing against better players.
