Just trying to get some ideas and discussion going on, how do you use your body effectively in a BH loopkill stroke?

I have a small shoulder turn with most power coming from left to right foot weight transfer. The slight twisting motion can be hard on my knee, so lately I've been trying to generate power from straightening up rather than twisting. Hard to consistently generate the same power as I find timing it more difficult.

I do the traditional penhold backhand and I can be quite aggressive with it, beyond just the usual blocking. I can take the ball of the bounce and really whip it back when I can turn it into a half volley. If the ball is high then I can almost do a Persson slap and this is where the body comes in. It involves a lot of weight transfer but more than that a lot of power also comes from twisting my torso.
