I got frustrated waiting for Trainerbot . We started a fun project to see if we can build our own Robot .After a few months of work we have something that we can use. Here is a Video. Let me know your thoughts and any comments you may have

Yeah, that's so cool. I would love to play around with making one of these, but I lack the hardware expertise.

I have a 3d printer and have programming experience so we started playing around with different options and have something that is usable.

mickd , I did not have any hardware expertise either when I started but there are ample examples these days and I had some help from friends when I got stuck.

I'm planning to create a documentation and send in the parts for someone interested in assembling these.
