Since there is a thread going on right now about szlc and zlc, I thought why not open up a thread about koto and Limba top plies. Just to gather a list of top players using either one. Love the forum update btw.

I'll start the list.

Koto:
Zhang jike (viscaria)
Lin Gaoliang (viscaria)
Timo Boll (Boll ALC)
Fan Zhendong (viscaria)

Limba:
Ma Long (Long 5)
Harimoto (Innerforce ALC)
Mizutani (Mizutani ZLC/Long 5?)
Apolonia (Innerforce ZLC)
Koki (Koki Niwa)
Freitas (Freitas ALC)
Matsudaira (Matsudaira ALC)

I vote for limba as Jun Mizutani, Tiago Apolonia, Vladimir Samsonov, Koki Niwa and many many more :)

Kenta Matsudaira. BTW the Matsudaira blade is the only BTY blade with a combination of limba, ALC and kiri core.

Add the rest of the chinese mens team. They all use koto.

Not quite, just most. Fang Bo uses Limba and I am sure there are others, especially the penholders.

Yes, Viscaria. Koto outer ply. Nearly the entire chinese mens team uses that. So I think that's a very resounding win for koto there among the very very best.

Also a huge percentage of euro pros use viscaria or timo ball alc, which is a slightly modified viscaria. Koto outer ply of course.

mainly all women uses limba liu shiwen, samara mizutani, ito acoustic carbon, ishikawa and many many uses clipper,and all the control looping men. the fast and furious men all uses koto ! except a few like ma long...
