The younger Yuna Ojio takes the match! I"ve never seen Haruna nervous until now.  Sisters and T-League teammates, they obviously knew each other's games inside and out.  Yuna making a name for herself.

Poor Matsushima (to the delight of 5ch users) keeps getting denied in the final. 3rd time now. He was stopped by Ryoichi Yoshiyama (Kazuki Yoshiyama's older brother) 2 times in F in 2020 and 2022, and by Shinopi in QF in 2021.

At least at 15 his results are the best class in the world

Instep pain in Hirano's right foot some time during this season of T.League but nothing wrong with the bone after a hospital visit and likely fatigue from training.

Sakura Yokoi's backhand might just be the best in Japan.  She's torching Sakura Mori on table 12.

Okushita, with JUST her deceptive BH serve, gave Hirano tons of trouble.

I wonder if those who signed up for Women's Doubles (Mima/Hina/Double Miyu/Hashimoto/Sato) are going to regret it because there's only about 1/2 hour between doubles and the start of singles, and that's assuming the match doesn't last longer than the average doubles match.
