new is only US$70.can this blade play with smooth rubber because it said for pips out rubber?

doubt if the blade is any good, Xiom is doing an overhaul on all the blades, pretty stopped production on all the cpens from last year.

I've got one and set it up for a lefty (left side of front scooped out).  Nicely made blade but head was too short for me.  Only hit with it briefly, no damage.
 
I've got sheets of used Butterfly Raystorm (red 1.9) and Nittaku Nodias (black 2.0) on each side that I can send as well along with the box.
