Is it true that a black hurricane 3 has more tackiness than a red hurricane 3?

(the person who fell out of his chair can't believe you 1) didn't use the search function, 2) titled your thread with an uninformative description and 3) put it in the general section instead of equipment)

the red one was the comic con exclusive version while you can buy the black one from many places.

Kidding apart I read that black rubbers produce a bit more spin due to the chemical structure of the black dye differing from the red one; I have never read any scientific proof of the statement though but somehow I always prefer black rubbers on my forehand if I can choose.

Commercial-wise

1. It is more safe to buy a red H3 than a black one as the latter is more often subject to counterfeiting, due to the bigger demand.

2. Red H2 has more spin than the black H2.

3. Red H3 is closer to black H2 in terms of spin production and bounce.
