i bought hammond pro alpha a couple of months ago and my teammate has a jo waldner classic, in my opinion hammond pro alpha is much spinier and faster than jo waldner.

I've tried Waldner before.  It's spinny and has great control, but lacks in speed.  It is for all around play, for great control.  Good for blocking too.

Hammond is about 20% faster and about 10% spinnier than JO Waldner.

Jo Walder is OK with a glue.Without it lacks a bit of everything, and it's heavy.Hammond PA and X(no glue) are another story-spin is enormous compared to the JO

i think otherise. Between hammond pro alpha and Nit JO waldner, the hammond pro is faster, no doubt, but the JO felt a bit spinnier for me.

i use JO Waldner and it's fine unglued. I've tried Hammond X and it's not really good at all it feels dead and it has no grip on the topsheet. JO is much spinnier.
