How about the weight of your setup with rubber? Mine is only 150g as it is single sided, a bit light for me, but seems other JPEN blades are around 90 to 97g so with rubbers they may be just around 160g or so, would that be normal or high end blades are heavier? I like 175 to 180g,  that would provide all the power.

you're also using jpen atv? or are you talking about your signature cpen?

yeah, i think you're right heavier jpen blades provide more power.

Clipper cr with H3 on both sides will exceed 190g so i put a LP on BH

I add about 3 mm corksheet on the forehand side to give more room for my fingers (which means that the rubber is shorter by 3 mm), but I think this will disrupt the balance and will make the blade more head heavy. Anybody shares my opinion ?

I think the 3mm you took away from the rubber is heavier than that of the 3mm cork sheet you added.

Aeoliah,

Yeah, you are right, KTS is maybe about 1.5mm shorter than than Cypress Max.  But without ruler, they look the same to me.

Red label KTS is harder than CM.

It's a gem!LOL

Darn, i just went to butterfly store to do some window shopping yesterday, KTS is about $350 there
ATV,
Yep, it's expensive but well worth it.  Would anyone want to spend $600 USD for the Red KTS like what others had suggested in the past?  I am keeping it, sealing it, storing it... and pass it onto my son :)

Be on the look out for my Cypress Max soon (100+g)....

Yes, that is what I mean. By taking 3mm of rubber near the handle, the balance will shift towards the end, meaning that the blade will become more head heavy.

Thanks.  Haha, good try.  I am keeping this one as well.  One for one sided play, while the KPS is for RPB
