comparison to bluefire M3 and acuda S3....

Samba+ is a good rubber.  My son plays with it and he is 1400-1500, and one of my former students (~1700) plays with it.  It's a soft rubber that is easy to loop underspin with.  It's very durable and has good control.  I also play with Acuda S3 so I can give you a comparison to S3.  S3 is a little firmer, and has a little more spin/speed.  More advanced players would probably prefer S3 to Samba+ due to the increased spin/speed, but Samba+ is not a bad rubber at all.
