I wouldn't think so... but I think I'm bad at guessing these things.
From their teqnique and displayed level of play, I would guess somewhere in the 1500-1650 range.

Probably around 2000 or over. Despite having horrible form they display good serves and good serve return. Tough to say from the video. The one guy has a spinny forehand but seemingly no power, it's weird. It's like he is using a very slow chinese rubber. Good backhands from both as well. Bad form != bad player.

I don't think either of them are 2000 or higher, but the guy on the far side of the table is better.  Ignoring form, there are a lot of things missing.
A number of serves were long and weren't low enough.  The vast majority of attacks were to the same spot (middle of the table) - that's why the guy on the near side was returning ball after ball.  He didn't have to move much and they weren't hit very hard.
It's possible that this is because they are used to each other and know what they can and can't get away with in the match.

the one on the left 1550; the one on the right 1800.
I am curious to know how far I am from the real values given the very limited material available to observe them.

I don't think this is a trick question. The poster of this video commented that he was "3x better than bogeyhunter".

Oh and these guys are no more than 1600

bogeyhunter is 2200 or 2300 so it is impossible.

The guy on the left needs a coach...and another coach...and another. If he is 1500 I would faint. The guy on the right Is around 1750-1850. Just my 2 cents. :)

funny I was thinking exactly like you about the guy on the left (he needs coaching and he is 1450) but I added 100 points to my initial estimation because I thought he could make a lot of people angry and miss by just blocking consistently.

people claiming the guy in blue is 1500 needs a reality check. Most likely can't even get a game off him. It was a very rushed game but u can tell the guy on the left has pretty decent touch/feel.

The guy on the right is relatively consistent. Players at 1800 cannot sustain rallies this long at that speed.

Neither of them look above 1500 at least in TX !
All serves were long and not really spiny/fast. The lean guy always was in back hand return of serve position with his paddle and looked like was not anticipating a deep long serve to his forehand? The bulkier guy had good blocks and decent serves at that level but i doubt if he could be above 1450 the leaner guy looked around 1500.

This's a not a serious question. Don't make this a battle about rating. Here's the real story.
This guy comment "I play 3 times better... lame" + "PS: After only 2 years of plaing table tennis" at my video :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73mrC1mSByA&lc=RFqTMHb1gz_0pAruk3nXCs1OdrtxPcgbpOdXmllWc-g

I figure some cocky teenagers behave like this online. Maybe public opinion will make him wiser.

How about changing question to "Did he play 3 times better than me or my practice partner in video?

Starting at 2:41.

Techique wise, the left guy is under 1000.  Occasionally, he could beat someone with 1400 RC, but I would not bet money on that.

I was about to say the same until I saw his other vids, like this one:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54rKkGIW0sw

Do you still think he's a lot better than 1500 after watching that?Smile
I think the vid in the OP made him look a lot better because he was playing a decently looper, and he was able to frequently use his best shot by far - BH block.

The guy in blue short don't hit the ball, he only blocks, often from awkward positions. Very litte/bad footwork. Looks very much like a beginner with a set up that is to fast for him to handle, which is why he never hits. Would be surprised if he was anywhere above 1500, not so surprised if he was closer to 1000. The other guy does have some strokes, slightly better footwork, but still nothing that is to impressive. I vertainly don't think he is near 2000, more like 1500-1600.

It's impossible to judge either of these guys based on this video. Clearly the guy on the far side is better, but would he crumble against a better player? How would he respond to being attacked? Impossible to know from this.

I would guess guy at far side of table is at least 1400, could be higher but no way to know while playing a guy who gives him such easy balls.

The near side guy I'd guess about 1250 but I could see how he could get some wins against higher ranked, inconsistent players.
