Last year I was lucky enough to umpire one his matches. I think he had a JOOLA Fever blade + Rhythm rubbers on both sides.

Isn't Rhythm just a typical ESN rubber?  I don't know the Fever blade.

Yes, it is. And Fever seems like a TBS clone.

It seems to me that I've seen Grigory Vlasov in videos from the Russian Premier league and tournaments from the Russian area.  What's he doing playing in England?

Also, people asked earlier why Damion hadn't achieved the heights of success once expected of him.  It seemed to me that he had a complete meltdown in his match with Vlasov.  You can't reach the top if you don't have the mental toughness.

Thanks for the videos, but I'm sad thee is no Chris Doran versus Vlasov.Cry

I think he's doing some private coaching and/or summer camps:

P.S.: If I get a chance, I'll pass on your request to Chris and Grigory to meet each other in a Grand Prix final :-)

Great match.  For a player at Walker's level, his ball placement is incredibly unimaginative and unorthodox.  Maybe it was the difference in perceived level/athleticism, but Doran was precisely the opposite.
I like putting heavy topspin on the ball...

Yes, Doran definitely had a plan in mind and tactics to support it.
