FH: H3 national
BH: Neos Sound
Blade: Galaxy S3 Super Core "sandwich" Penhold.

H3 is not supposed to go with carbon, unless its soft carbon. Fast, great feel and touch. My best setup so far.

Here you go, my backup blade.
FH: Almana
BH: Almana Sound
Blade: Andro JMS kinetic

This setup is fast, almost too fast for me. i used it twice, not too good for me style. not good for close table. Perfect for mid or away from the table, power looping. plays great without glue.

I'm looking to sell it. anybody plays penhold??

It's indeed light, has a soft feeling, a loud 'boing' sound and the feeling is great.
BUT I don't agree with you that it's tht quick though...I've just bought this blade (new) and it's deffinately slower and softer....I do like the feeling and the spin that you can get with this blade, but it's softer and a bit slower which makes it less direct. Which I'm used to.

I think the handle looks really sweet (AN) but the flared handle is maybe a bit too thin...the AN handle is really comfortable though!

TBS  is pretty slim while the Primorac Carbon is large.  I'm starting to prefer the thicker Handles.

The blade plays very nice about off- with good control materials cost less than $10....blade is 74 grams

heh mine looked about that good when it was made...since balsa is to soft and "air-y" it stains and is crushed easily...not even wood finish helps...one day that's turn out as ugly as my balsa paddle...but it plays so well..

I love the look of new paddles

gantz...... it's a 5 ply blade with 1/4 inch balsa core then 2 layers of English Ewe then 2 layers of light African Mahogony and finally shellacked. The English Ewe is a similar color to the Mahogony thus it may look like a 3 ply

It really does play like a top quality blade as it's pretty fast when you hit with it but has good touch on short and soft strokes

if it were me the bottom bump touching my palm would get in the way. At first glance it would look heavy but still it's so tacky it's shiny .

Actually now the blade is much lighter even with the Chinese rubbers on both sides. The new handle (made of cork) is much lighter than the original handle that came with Gatien Extra. It also shifted the sweet spot a bit closer to the head. Good for smashing and topspin drive.

That bottom bump actually helped me to stabilize my RPB strokes. It's easier now for me to control the blade face angle and I can also RPB down the baseline with more accuracy. However it did feel a wee bit weird at first few games I played.

Right now I am religiously use protective film on the rubbers when not in use. So they are still so tacky after 6 months.
