nittaku AAA j-pen with blue soft vinyl (for snug fitting at the pointing finger) with provincial DHS hurricane 3 rubber. loves the backhand poke down the line and the high arc dipping loop.

butterfly primorac carbon with DHS sharping (short pip) and srivel-el. suitable for all round play...chop, loop, flap hit, placement, flip, deception/wobble.

Do you happen to know wether or not all the avalox blades there have such a 'Avalox' tag at the bottom of the blade?

Here's my pics.

I use an Yasaka Gatien offensive, bought 1997. Its soaked in varnish so its quite hard. The speed is off - to 0ff.

On forehand i play with stiga Magna 2.0. To me it reminds a lot to the donic jo waldner, sriver el, mark v and so on. I like it because of the durability (lasts me longer then for example mark v or donic jo waldner).

On backhand i use the Ritc 802-40 2,0 short pips. The sponge is soft so the ball goes deeper in to the rubber and therefore producing more spin. So with this shortpips i can block, spin and drive the ball. Suits my block- counter attack game well.

I only reglue the forehand, because i need a little more control for the backhand blocks.

The glue i use is Joola rossi +. Its a little thicker than the stiga energy, so the rubber attaches easier, especially when its newer.

\Robin

Swedish male, playing since 1993.

Blade: Timo boll w5
forehand: Tenergy 25fx 2,1

Backhand: Energy absorber 1,6

glue: waterbased!!!!

My newly acquired Nittaku Acoustic

Acoustic Front view with DHS Skyline II & red tennis grip tape

Acoustic Handle. Pacific grip tape is better quality than Victor.

i only get to play this blade for an hour or so after purchase due to work so i'm still testing.

anywayz, i like it very much so far cos it gives great feeling & satisfaction !!
more powerful than my Tanpan. comfortable handle (i have big hands). light in my opinion.
tho its expensive for an all wood blade, the feeling is just so good!! u have to try it to appreciate the feeling.

ah! you got sweaty hands as well?...eheh, I have it too so I bought some butterfly griptape for my blades handle and it works Okay..but it just ruins the looks of your blade so I took it off and got me some stuff that I can do on my hands...now I don't have any problems with sweaty hands anymore and my blade(the handle then..) still looks good! :D

Atacck brand is made in Tianjin, I received this blade as a gift from a Henan provincial coach. First impression was the build quality.. for something made in China, I am VERY impressed, as the craftsmanship is better than my Stiga Energy and Joola Rossi Carbon. The handle is flatter and fits in my hands very comfortably compared to the aforementioned European blades. According to TJTT webstore (http://www.tjtt.cn/mall.php?query=view&no=1424), the blade is based on the Timo Boll Spirit, with more power. I've never played the TBS so I can't compare the two, but from the Stiga Energy wood that I was using, this blade is a big step up in terms of spin and control. I feel like I can loop everything with it. The dwell time is excellent, very spinny loops can be produced. The blade has a medium-soft feel and so far I'm loving it. Confidence booster from mid-far distance. The blade goes for $690RMB ~ $100CAD. I don't think you can purchase it outside of China, but hey, surprise me if you can find a seller to North America, my friend wants one too.

Its an ideal addition to the DONIC SENSO - series. The speed of the wood is right between the Appelgren Allplay and the Persson Powerplay. A classic Swedish construction which is second to none. The 5.8 mm thickness of the blade provides more speed and fantastic control just as always. Combining the new DONIC SENSO-TECHNOLOGIE brings perfection for all offensive and aggressive allround players.

(couldn't find a review so just took description)
