I had a GREAT entire transaction experience with Raul.

I bought a blade, and two rubbers.

Right from the time of initiation of the purchase to completing the transaction Raul was fantastic.

- He guided me around the condition of the rubbers, recommending the ones in the best condition, and they were exactly in the condition he described.

- He proactively looked at the size of the rubber and gave me a heads up when they were different than the blade size.

- He proactively kept me updated of all communication and even offering me a full refund when there was some unavoidable delay (not due to him)

- He packaged it wonderfully and shipped on time as promised.

- The blade and rubber were in great condition.
